  • Prescription Verification: By submitting a prescription, you confirm it is valid, accurate, and issued by a licensed eye care professional. We are not liable for vision issues arising from an incorrect or outdated prescription provided by you. We reserve the right to contact your eye care provider for verification.
  • Pricing and Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors (even after an order is placed) at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people’s court in the jurisdiction of the Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China for resolution.
