1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unworn, unused, and in its original, resalable condition. This means no scratches, scuffs, or damage to frames or lenses.
  • All original tags, labels, protective films, cases, and packaging must be intact and included.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Prescription lenses that have been custom-made to your specifications.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are not in their original condition.
  • Gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

  • Contact Us First: Email our customer service team at yingsongqingmaoyi@163.com within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific return shipping instructions. Returns shipped without an RA number may not be accepted.
  • Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original protective case and packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the authorized return address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. GlobalBuyCenter is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank or payment processor processing times may vary.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer direct exchanges only for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly.
  • For standard exchanges due to size or style preference, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the fastest service.
  • To request an exchange for a defective/incorrect item, please contact us at yingsongqingmaoyi@163.com with your order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you.

5. Return Shipping & Address

  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s).
  • Returns must be sent only to the specific return address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our company’s registered office address, as this will cause significant processing delays.

6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are sold at a discounted price and are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yingsongqingmaoyi@163.com. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the product, lenses, and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

8. Prescription Lenses
Due to their custom nature, prescription lenses and eyewear with custom-fitted prescription lenses cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly made to the provided prescription. Please verify all prescription details carefully before completing your order.
